Harben Green are working with a small, regional care operator to source a Commissioning Manager for a state-of-the-art, nursing & mental health home in Nuneaton.

Role:

A great opportunity to commission & manage a boutique, purpose-built specialist mental health home in Nuneaton. With a strong Nursing background, the successful candidate will quickly establish the home within the local community to drive occupancy whilst ensuring CQC compliance from the outset.


Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of the home.
  • Build, recruit & inspire a passionate team to create a caring, family environment ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
  • Ensure the home delivers & goes on to exceed current CQC requirements.
  • Forge and manage strong, compassionate relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Create individual care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with company policies & CQC requirements is achieved.
  • Effective marketing of the home to promote awareness in the community.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years management experience in nursing or mental health homes.
  • RMN / RGN Active Nursing Pin
  • Proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes. 
  • Previous commissioning experience would be an advantage.
  • A solid understanding of current & evolving CQC regulations & requirements.
  • A personable & inspirational leader who will recruit  & develop a loyal & passionate team.  
  • Commercial acumen - skilled in marketing.
