Working with a progressive, locally-owned care provider, Harben Green are thrilled to recruit a Commissioning Manager for a brand new, purpose-built nursing home in Dudley, West Midlands.

Role:

The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience within a “good” nursing home & will be responsible for establishing a strong team to commission & manage a commercially profitable 50+bedded, luxury nursing home.


Responsibilities:
  • Establish & manage the daily runnings of the home.
  • Build, recruit & inspire a passionate team to deliver the highest quality of exceptional care to residents in line with the company's mission & values.
  • Ensuring compliance with both CQC & company policies, practices & processes is both adhered to & consistently achieved from the offset.
  • Effective marketing of the home to promote awareness & achieve high occupancy levels, particularly with higher-end fees. 
  • Successfully achieve business objectives - care plan auditing, budget & cost management.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMN / RGN active nursing PIN.
  • A personable & inspirational leader who will recruit & develop a loyal & passionate team.  
  • An experienced manager with longevity in each of their previous positions.
  • Sound business & financial acumen - skilled in achieving company targets. 
  • Proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes. 
  • Previous commissioning experience would be an advantage.
  • Sound marketing experience to build the home's reputation & maximise occupancy.

Package:
  • £60,000 basic salary
