A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised & passionate individual to join our Marketing dept & support our Executive Search team to deliver a market leading, first-class Candidate Engagement experience.
The candidate experience is paramount to our business, and the successful candidate will ensure excellence is maintained throughout.

  • Research & maintain Client information.
  • Co-ordinate the Candidate engagement experience. Including;
    - Organising timely distribution of marketing & promotional material.
    - Manage Consultant diaries inline with Candidate experience timelines.
    - Distribute Client & Candidate feedback surveys & collate results to provide clear feedback to the business. 
  • Build excellent rapport with Clients & Candidates.
  • Undertake research projects & general admin as & when required.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 1 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with an exceptional eye for detail & quality.
  • A talented communicator, someone who is both confident & professional.
  • Experienced in delivering first-class customer service.
  • The ability to work independently & as part of a team. 
  • Honest & enthusiastic with a desire to learn & grow professionally within the role.
  • An excellent sense of humour.
