Harben Green are working with a well-established, privately-owned care provider to source a Home Manager for a modern, nursing & residential home in Grimsby.


An award-winning care provider, my Client's is dedicated to train & develop their teams to provide the highest standards of care to their residents, creating the happiest & most welcoming of homes for all.


An opportunity has arisen to manage this modern, small - mid sized nursing & residential home in the town of Grimsby. The successful candidate will be an experienced Manager with a proven ability managing "Good" rated homes & someone who can continue to deliver excellent standards of care, exceeding the current 'Good' CQC.

  • Day-to-day running of the home.
  • Maintain & exceed the 'Good' CQC rating, striving to achieve 'Outstanding' upon the next inspection.
  • Build & coach your team to deliver the highest levels of person-centred care in line with company values.
  • Manage & develop strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Effective marketing of the home within the local community to increase occupancy & awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & CQC requirements.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years home management experience, preferably within a Nursing home.
  • Personable & professional, someone who can lead a loyal team with an infectious ambition to consistently achieve excellence.
  • RMA Level 4 or above / equivalent management qualification in care.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • A proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes, and/or turning around failing homes. 
  • In-depth knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements, skilled in delivering process & compliance.
  • Commercial awareness - budget & cost control.
