Harben Green are working with a respected, luxury care provider to source a Home Manager for a recently built, nursing & residential home in Worcester.


Client:

Role:

The opportunity to manage a stunning, deluxe mid-sized (approx 60 beds) nursing home in Worcester, within easy reach of the M5. The successful candidate will be a true people person who will thrive in continuing to grow the home's reputation within the local community increasing occupancy whilst maintaining exceptional levels of care. 


Responsibilities:
  • Overall management of the home.
  • Marketing & promotion to increase levels of occupancy & awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with companies policies & CQC requirements is consistently adhered to.
  • Forge & develop strong relationships with residents, their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Provide strong leadership to both inspire & coach your team to continue to maintain the highest standards of person-centred care.
  • Progress the home to exceed its current 'Good' rating, striving for 'Outstanding' upon the next inspection.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years experience, preferably in nursing homes.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN is desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of current and evolving CQC regulations to deliver process & continued compliance.
  • Sound marketing experience to raise awareness of the home in the local community & increase occupancy inline with company objectives.
  • Proven track record of managing 'Good' rated homes.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop & inspire a passionate team who will maintain the home's excellent reputation.

Package:
