We are assisting a privately owned, care operator to recruit a Home Manager for a stunning, 80-bedded (approx) residential nursing home in Streatham, South London.

An independent care provider, my Client takes great pride in the passion with which their teams deliver a superior quality of care and friendship to residents and their families. 


Role:

A unique opportunity to manage this beautiful nursing care home situated in Streatham, just a few miles from Croydon & central London. Already a successful manager, you will be passionate to continue to progress this well-occupied home, developing your team to achieve "Outstanding" upon their next inspection.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the home.
  • Mentor & develop your team to create a caring, family environment delivering the highest quality of person-centred care.
  • Establish compassionate & beneficial relationships with residents & their families, the local community and regulatory bodies. 
  • Drive consistent CQC compliance, maintaining the homes "Good" CQC rating, ambitious to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Promote & market the home within the local community to maintain high occupancy.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • A minimum of 2 years' management experience.
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent (NVQ) with Nursing home experience.
  • RMN / RGN Active Nursing Pin
  • Proven ability managing "Good" rated homes.  
  • Comprehensive knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, someone who will coach & support the development of their teams.

Package:
