Harben Green are working with one of the UK's most established disability organisations to recruit a Registered Services Manager for a modern, stimulating 8-bed residential support home.


Client:

My Client has a long-standing reputation for pioneering specialist support for people with learning disabilities & autism with a particular focus on those who have sight loss. They are dedicated to recruiting talented individuals who share their passion to help residents to achieve the extraordinary every day. 


Role:

The chance for an experienced & vibrant Manager to join an innovative organisation renowned their supportive company culture. With infectious positivity, you will lead a loyal team to deliver the highest standards of person-focused care & support enabling residents to enjoy everyday independence.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day to day operations of the home.
  • Develop & coach your team to provide innovative high-quality, personalised support & care.
  • Create & maintain a safe environment where residents are both able to & encouraged to achieve individual goals & independence. 
  • Maintain & progress compliance with company policies & CQC requirements retaining the homes "Good" rating.
  • Establish strong partnerships with residents families, local community networks & regulatory bodies.
  • Drive performance - effective budgeting & care plan auditing.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • Demonstrable management experience working with adults with behaviour support needs.
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of the principles of positive behaviour support, autism, relevant legislation and CQC requirements.
  • Experienced in leading "Good" rated homes, adept in delivering innovative, individual care plans. 
  • A talented people manager who will continue to lead a loyal team to deliver extraordinary levels of care.
  • Proven commercial ability - highly organised & skilled in achieving improvement targets
  • NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social care management.
  • Current driving licence & transport.
