Harben Green are recruiting a Home Manager for a contemporary nursing and residential home located in Morpeth, Northumberland.

Role:

The chance to lead a caring and responsive team managing a modern 60+ bed nursing and residential home in the attractive town of Morpeth. Ideal for an experienced & ambitious manager who will thrive on the challenge of turning around the home to achieve the CQC rating it truly deserves.


Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the management of the home.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, supporting & developing your team to deliver exceptional quality care.
  • Deliver consistent CQC regulation compliance to ensure the home moves forward to improve & to achieve a “Good” rating.
  • Develop strong & compassionate relationships with residents & their families, local communities & regulatory bodies.
  • Drive business performance through strategic budget & cost management.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent (NVQ).
  • Proven track record managing "Good" rated Nursing homes.
  • Successfully completed a turnaround project.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current & evolving CQC requirements skilled in delivering process & compliance.
  • Marketing knowledge; raising awareness of the home to maximise occupancy & drive recruitment.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven turnaround experience to motivate a team to consistently achieve high standards.

Package:
  • Up to £55k basic salary
