Harben Green are seeking a Home Manager to manage a "Good" rated nursing & residential care home in Leeds.

Role:

The chance to manage a contemporary, purpose-built (40+ bed) nursing home in a peaceful suburb of Leeds. Their ideal candidate will be dedicated to excelling the home to progress to “outstanding” through the provision of exceptional care.


Responsibilities:
  • Daily management of the home.
  • Lead & engage your team to provide the highest quality of unique, person-centred care.
  • Build good, long-standing relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Deliver & maintain consistent CQC regulation compliance, progressing the home & striving for an “outstanding” rating.
  • Financial ownership - budget & cost control in line with company objectives.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMN / RGN Active Nursing Pin.
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience in “good” nursing homes.
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent qualification in care.
  • Commercially aware - the ability to run a profitable home through effective marketing & budget management.
  • Talented team manager with excellent communication skills who will invest & lead their team to progress.
  • Significant clinical knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements, skilled in delivering process & compliance.
