We are seeking to recruit a Home Manager to join an independent, regional care provider and run a beautiful, residential home in Kings Lynn.

Role:

A wonderful opportunity to lead a modern 40+ bedded, residential home in Kings Lynn’s surrounding countryside. Already considered a strong manager, you will create & implement positive team ethics & structure encouraging career excellence.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of the home to ensure a well-led service is delivered.
  • Ensure the "Good" CQC rating is maintained through consistent compliance, striving for progression to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Manage a financially profitable business through effective budget & cost management.
  • Lead from the front, creating a culture of positivity & developing a strong & supportive team.
  • Promote the home within the local community to raise awareness, maximise the occupancy levels & achieve recruitment goals.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 5 /equivalent or working towards.
  • Proven management experience within residential care homes. 
  • A talented people manager, with a natural ability to motivate & mentor a team to collaboratively achieve excellence.
  • An established track record maintaining "Good" CQC homes with the skill set to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Strong commercial skill set to drive occupancy, increase profitability and reduce agency spend.

Package:
  • £44,000 basic salary
