Harben Green are recruiting a Home Manager to join an independent luxury care provider & run a stunning purpose-built, residential home in Mansfield.


Client:

My Client is a boutique, privately-owned care operator, who firmly believe in providing “outstanding” resident care through a caring, holistic approach. They are committed to the careful selection of dedicated & compassionate individuals. 


Role:

An exciting turnaround opportunity for a highly-experienced Home Manager to manage a state of the art, 60+ bedded residential care home in north Nottinghamshire. The perfect candidate will be accomplished in the provision of luxury care with exceptional leadership & communication skills.


Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the day to day management of this home.
  • Lead & mentor your team to deliver consistent compliance with company policies & CQC requirements.
  • Provide strong guidance & support for this home to return to their “outstanding” status.
  • Energise your team to organise increased levels of activities open to residents.
  • Oversee the financial management of the homes to achieve company objectives. 
  • Build the home's reputation within the local community & regulatory bodies to promote awareness, driving occupancy & recruitment.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent (NVQ) and/or working towards.
  • Previous experience working for a luxury provider within the private pay sector, would be an advantage
  • Proven ability in turnaround projects & a passion to deliver “Outstanding” care.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build & motivate your team to achieve continual excellence. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Strong commercial skill set to drive occupancy, increase profitability & reduce agency spend.
