Harben Green are sourcing a Home Manager to join a well-established service operator & run a spacious residential home in Suffolk.


Client:

Regularly classed amongst the UK’s top 20 care homes, my Client is committed to ensuring all residents are compassionately cared for & encouraged in the pursuit of their individual hobbies. Their team members receive ongoing support which enables them to consistently provide excellent care. 


Role:

An exciting opportunity for an energetic Home Manager to run a 70+ bedded nursing home located in a scenic town in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be passionate about progressing this home's rating with proven expertise in achieving high occupancy levels & low agency spend.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the home.
  • Maintain the "Good" CQC rating, striving for progression to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Prosperous marketing of the home within the local community to achieve & retain high occupancy levels.
  • Budget management & cost control to increase profitability & reduce agency spend.
  • Mentor your team to enable them to continually excel in providing high standards of care.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 4 (or willingness to complete).
  • Proven track record with CQC & experience in successfully managing "Good" homes.
  • Ability to identify & develop new growth opportunities whilst maintaining a high-quality service.
  • In-depth knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements, with the skills to deliver consistent compliance. 
  • Provide strong leadership to inspire & advise your teams in the provision of outstanding personalised care.

Package:
  • Up to £50,000 basic salary
