We are working alongside a family-owned, national care provider to source a Home Manager for a nursing & residential home in Glasgow.

The chance for an accomplished Home Manager to lead a dedicated team & manage a modern, 70+ bedded, nursing & residential home. This is the perfect role for a competent & ambitious Manager who will thrive motivating their team to improve & progress CI standards. 

  • Manage the overall operations of this home, ensuring a safe & welcoming ambience.
  • Recruit, encourage & guide your team to deliver exceptional levels of person-centred care.
  • Drive business performance through strategic budget & cost management.
  • Effectively deliver compliance with company policies & CI requirements, ensuring a consistent level of best practice.
  • Establish a strong & positive presence with internal & external stakeholders to enhance this home’s reputation & achieve high occupancy.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years nursing home management experience.
  • RMN / RGN Active Nursing Pin.
  • RMA Level 4 or equivalent and/or working towards.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven turnaround experience to motivate a team to consistently achieve high standards.
  • In-Depth knowledge & understanding of Care Inspectorate regulations & requirements.
  • Sound commercial skillset, adept in budget management & marketing.
