Harben Green are currently recruiting a Home Manager to join a newly established care provider and run a large residential home located in Rotherham.


Having recently acquired a small cluster of “good” care homes, my Client is dedicated to continuing the welcoming & supportive environment where residents receive excellent quality care. They are driven to attract compassionate people who enjoy a lasting & rewarding career.


The chance to manage a purpose-built, large residential care home located in a quiet suburb of Rotherham. The ideal candidate will be an experienced manager with the skills to maintain the home’s “good” rating & successfully raise the homes profile within the local area.

  • Oversee the management of the home.
  • Ensure the "Good" CQC rating is maintained through consistent compliance, striving for progression to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Develop a strong network within the local community whilst building compassionate relationships with residents & their families. 
  • Achieve & maintain high occupancy levels through successful marketing.
  • Build & develop your team to provide innovative high-quality care.
  • Achieve operational profitability through effective budgeting & cost management.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 4 or equivalent.
  • A history of successfully running & maintaining fully compliant "Good" CQC homes 
  • Successful marketing experience to further develop the home's reputation & maximise occupancy.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements, skilled in delivering process & consistent compliance.
  • Strong & personable leader with a sound financial management skill set.
  • Passionate to lead, guide & inspire your team to achieve excellence within the home & their career.
