Harben Green are sourcing a Home Manager to join a leading care operator & manage a spacious, 40+ bedded residential care home in Corby.

Role:

An excellent new role for a knowledgeable Home Manager to run a well-maintained, mid-sized specialist dementia care home. Located locally to Corby, the ideal candidate will be experienced in troubleshooting & implementing improvement strategies. 


Responsibilities:
  • Drive the commercial running of this home.
  • Through successful troubleshooting, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements to ensure the home sustains its “good” CQC rating.
  • Continually provide strong leadership to inspire & guide your teams in the provision of high-quality, personalised care.
  • Achieve business efficiency through care plan auditing, budget & cost control initiatives.
  • Create & maintain strong relationships with residents & their families, local communities & regulatory bodies.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 4 (or willingness to complete).
  • 2+ years registered management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements, with the skills to deliver consistent compliance. 
  • Sound commercial acumen, notably in budget management & marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to support your team to effectively deliver exceptional standards of care.
  • Experience in turnaround projects will be a distinct advantage.
