Harben Green are recruiting a Home Manager to join an independent, regional care operator to oversee a residential care home located between Coventry & Solihull.

A lovely opportunity to manage a modern, purpose-built residential care home (<45 beds) located near to Solihull & Coventry. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who will drive occupancy levels alongside maintaining high standards of person-centred care. 

  • Manage the day to day operational runnings of the home.
  • Drive strong occupancy through effective marketing & beneficial partnerships with regulatory bodies & in the local community.
  • With clear & inspirational leadership, support your team to provide high-quality relationship-based care.
  • Ensure & maintain consistent CQC process & compliance to attain "Good" upon the next inspection.
  • Establish & grow great relationships with your team, the residents & their families.
  • Commercial ownership - budget & cost control in line with company objectives & KPI's.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • An established career within older people care home management.
  • RMA Level 4+ /equivalent.
  • Proven ability maintaining "Good" CQC reports with the ambition to progress.
  • A strong & compassionate people manager - someone who will inspire career progression.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current & evolving CQC requirements, accomplished in process & compliance.
  • Highly organised - accomplished in managing successful & profitable homes.
  • Experience within the private pay sector would be advantageous.
