Currently recruiting on behalf of a national nursing & residential care operator to recruit a Home Manager for their mid sized nursing home in Rotherham. 


Client:

A mid-sized, established care provider, my Client's care home portfolio currently extends to 12 homes across the Midlands, Yorkshire and Northern England. Committed to providing residents, their families and colleagues with the best home environment & the highest quality care, my Client truly believes that their people are at the heart of all that they do. 


Role:

Set in the heart of the town's local community, just north of Rotherham this is a great opportunity to manage a purpose built, medium sized Nursing home. My Client is looking for a strong manager who will be given the autonomy & support to take this lovely home from it's current rated "Requires Improvement" CQC to "Good".


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the home.
  • Forge and develop strong relationships with internal teams, residents & families and the local community. 
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to create a caring, family environment delivering the highest standards of person centred care to residents. 
  • Ensure the level of care delivered both meets and exceeds current CQC requirements.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • A minimum of 3+ years home management experience.
  • An active RGN/RMN pin
  • In-depth knowledge & understanding of the latest CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Proven ability managing "Good" rated homes or turnaround experience in homes which require improvement.
  • Skilled in managing teams, someone who can engage, instil passion and develop their team to consistently achieve excellence.

Package:
  • Basic salary £55,000
  • 15% Bonus
