Currently assisting an award winning, national care provider to recruit a Home Manager for their purpose built, nursing home in Livingston.


A leading, well respected national care provider, my Client takes great pride in the unique and award winning care centred approach they promote across their entire organisation. The are passionate to recruit & retain true talent and do so with the excellent professional development they offer their Managers. 


The opportunity to manage a mid-sized, purpose built nursing home based just south of Livingston. The successful candidate will be a talented manager who can improve and raise the standards within the home through strong leadership.

  • Overall responsibility for the day to day management of the home.
  • Ability to lead from the front whilst motivating and inspiring your team to deliver the highest standards of person centred care.
  • Manage and develop good relationships with suppliers, regulatory bodies and the local community.
  • Budget and cost control management

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years management experience within the care sector
  • An active RGN/RMN pin or experience managing nursing homes.
  • Sound knowledge & understanding of current Care Inspectorate regulations & requirements.
  • Proven experience managing "Good" rated homes or homes which require improvement.
  • Demonstrable skills in managing teams, someone who can lead from the front to develop others to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Financial acumen.
