We are working with a progressive, family run, residential and nursing care home operator source a Home Manager for their nursing home in Hove, East Sussex.

Recognised as one of the UK's top 20 leading care home providers, my Client is passionate to provide every resident with the highest standards of person-centered care within the friendly, homely and supportive environments they create in each of their homes. 


Role:

An opportunity has arisen to manage this beautiful Tudor style home set in a tranquil area of Hove and just a 10-minute drive from the stunning South Coast. The successful candidate will be a passionate Manager who will lead and inspire their team to continue to deliver and exceed the highest standards of care. 


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the everyday running of the home.
  • Develop a strong and passionate team, motivated to provide exceptional levels of individual resident and nursing care.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with regulatory & governing bodies. 
  • Ensure the home continues to retain their "Good" rating and goes on to improve and exceed current CQC requirements.
  • Effective marketing & financial management to run a profitable home.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 3+ years home management experience within the care sector.
  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin is preferred but not essential.
  • A proven track record managing "Good" rated homes.  
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Sound business acumen.
  • A talented people manager, someone who knows how to lead from the front to develop and inspire others to consistently achieve excellence. 

Package:
  • £60,000 Basic salary
