Harben Green are working on behalf of a leading, regional care operator to source a Home Manager for their nursing home in Peterborough.

Role:

A unique opportunity to manage an award-winning mid-sized, nursing home set in well-maintained gardens within easy reach of the centre of Peterborough. Already a talented Manager, the successful candidate will provide strong leadership to develop & motivate their team to achieve the highest quality of care. 


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership - develop & inspire your team to provide the highest standards of unique, person-centred care.
  • Ensure the home moves forward to improve & exceed current CQC requirements & achieve a "Good" rating overall upon the next inspection.
  • Deliver compliance with company policies, practices & processes is adhered to and consistently achieved developing new methods where necessary.
  • Effective budget & audit management.
  • Forge and manage strong relationships with residents, the local community, internal teams and regulatory bodies. 

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home management experience within the care sector
  • Active RGN/RMN Pin desirable
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • A proven ability managing "Good" rated homes or turning around failing homes.
  • Strong management skills, someone who can provide effective leadership & inspire their team to consistently achieve excellence within a luxury residential home.
  • Sound business acumen.

Package:
  • £52,000 Basic salary
