We are working on behalf of well respected, regional care operator to source a Home Manager for their nursing home in Witney, Oxfordshire.


My Client has an extensive portfolio of residential & nursing homes across the South & East of England & has been recognised as one of the Top 20 Care Home providers for the past 3 years running. They are immensely proud of the quality of care they provide in a supportive & welcoming care home environment. 


The chance to manage a modern mid-sized, nursing care home located in Witney, a thriving Oxfordshire market town. The successful candidate will be a strong Home Manager who will work alongside the regional team to continue to deliver high standards of care with a passion to achieve a "Good" rating overall at their next inspection.

  • Manage the day to day running of the home.
  • Ensure the home moves forward to improve & exceed current CQC requirements & achieve a "Good" rating overall upon the next inspection.
  • Provide strong leadership - develop & inspire your team to provide the highest standards of unique, person-centred care.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, practices & processes ensuring these are consistently achieved.
  • Effective financial management & marketing of the home. 
  • Forge and manage strong relationships with residents, the local community, internal teams and regulatory bodies. 

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience.
  • Active RGN/RMN Pin is desirable
  • A proven ability managing "Good" rated homes or turning around failing homes.
  • Strong management skills, someone who can provide effective leadership & inspire their team to consistently achieve excellence within a luxury residential home.
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Sound business & financial skill set.
