Harben Green are working with a family owned, independent care provider to recruit a Home Manager for their residential care home in Rugby.


Client:

An independent care provider, my Client is committed to the first-class provision of personalised care and friendship in a homely, relaxed environment. Their dedicated & experienced team are passionate to care which promotes dignity & respect.


Role:

The chance to manage a very well respected, mid-sized care home set in beautiful grounds in a pretty village on the outskirts of Rugby.  The successful candidate will be a commercially adept Manager who continues to maintain & improve the already high standards of the home whilst successfully increasing occupancy following the home recent expansion. 


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the day to day operations of the home.
  • Effective marketing of the home within the local community.
  • Provide strong leadership to develop your team whilst ensuring the highest quality of person-centred care is delivered.
  • Forge and manage strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Budget & cost management to deliver a profitable home.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years management experience within the care sector.
  • Proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes.  
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Strong people management skills, someone who can provide great leadership with a passion to develop & inspire their team to consistently achieve excellence. 
  • Sound financial & business acumen - the ability to manage a profitable home.
  • Skilled in marketing a home within the local community to build awareness & raise occupancy.

Package:
  • Circa £45,000 basic salary.
