Harben Green are assisting an established, regional care provider to source a Home Manager for a beautiful residential home in Beccles, Suffolk.

Role:

The opportunity to join a successful care provider to manage a small modern, residential home in a tranquil area of Beccles. The successful candidate will be a strong & compassionate Manager who will lead an experienced team to go on to achieve the "Good" rating they truly deserve.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the home.
  • Lead, coach & motivate your team to continue to provide the highest quality of compassionate care.
  • Ensure the home moves forward to improve & exceed CQC compliance achieving a "Good" overall upon their next inspection.
  • Effective financial management including cost & budget control to deliver a profitable home. 
  • Forge and manage strong, trusting relationships with residents, the local community, internal teams and regulatory bodies. 

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience.
  • Proven competency managing "Good" homes or turning around failing homes.
  • Strong management skills, someone who can lead from the front to develop & inspire their team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Proficient in delivering compliance with current CQC & company policies, ensuring that these are always adhered to.
  • Sound commercial awareness.

Package:
