Harben Green is assisting an award-winning regional care provider to source a Home Manager for their mid-sized nursing & residential home in Poole.

Role:

A unique opportunity to manage a very well respected, purpose-built home set in landscaped gardens just a short drive from the beautiful Dorset coastline. The successful candidate will be a strong, spirited Manager who will lead their team to maintain & move forward to progress to an 'Outstanding' report.


Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day to day operations of the home.
  • Lead, develop & motivate your team to create a welcoming, supportive environment ensuring the highest quality of personalised care is delivered.
  • Develop strong rapport with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes & CQC regulations is consistently adhered to.
  • Budget management.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years management experience within the care sector.
  • RGN/RMN active PIN is desirable.
  • Level 5 or above qualification in leadership & management.
  • Proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes. 
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of the CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Sound communication skills, providing effective leadership to ensure the team consistently achieves excellence.
  • Good financial & business acumen, skilled in running a profitable home.

Package:
  • £60,000-£65,000 Basic salary.
