Harben Green is working with one of the UK's leading care provider to source a Home Manager for a large, purpose-built residential home in Liverpool.

Role:

The opportunity to manage an attractive, modern multi-site residential & dementia home set in beautiful gardens just outside Liverpool. The successful candidate will be passionate & ambitious to lead a strong established team & progress the home to achieve the recognition & "Good" rating it deserves. 


Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the daily runnings of the home.
  • Lead, manage & motivate your team to deliver the highest standards of person-centred care to residents. 
  • Develop strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes & CQC regulations are met, maintained & progress to a 'Good' rating & beyond.
  • Budget control - responsible for the financial management of the home.
  • Auditing & care planning for residents with complex needs.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 3+ years management experience within the care sector.
  • RGN/RMN active PIN is desirable.
  • Registered Managers Award - Level 4/equivalent or working towards.
  • Proven ability in managing "Good" rated homes or turning around failing homes combined with an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the CQC regulations & requirements.
  • A talented communicator who can provide effective leadership, building & inspiring a team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Sound financial & business acumen, skilled in running a profitable home.

Package:
  • Circa £50,000 Basic salary.
