Harben Green is assisting a well-established, award-winning care operator to recruit a Home Manager for a residential & dementia care home in Saint Neots.


Client:

A nationally recognised care provider, my Client strives to provide the highest quality of person-centred care in a warm & welcoming environment, tailoring their homes to meet the needs of every resident.


Role:

A unique opportunity to manage a purpose-built, mid-sized residential home in a tranquil area of St Neots, within easy reach of the A1. The successful candidate will be an accomplished & passionate Manager with a determination to lead their team to achieve an 'Outstanding' CQC report through first class levels of unique care.


Responsibilities:
  • Managing the day to day operations of the home
  • Lead & engage your team to create a safe & compassionate environment ensuring the highest quality of professional care is delivered.
  • Ensure the home continues to retain their "Good" rating & moves forward to exceed current CQC requirements.
  • Forge and manage strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies.
  • Budget management & cost control.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Management experience, preferably within the Care sector.
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • A proven track record of managing ‘Good’ homes.
  • Sound communication, team-working & leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team to consistently achieve excellence & continual progression.
  • Good financial & business acumen, skilled in running a profitable home.

Package:
  • Up to £60,000 basic salary
