Harben Green is working with a well-respected national care provider to source a Home Manager for an attractive, boutique nursing home just north of Bridport.

A leading operator within the care sector, my Client is well recognised as one of the UK's Top 20 Care Home providers. Immensely proud of their culture & acclaimed reputation, they are passionate about delivering the kindest possible care, creating the happiest of homes for all residents.


Role:

This is a unique opportunity to manage a small & lovely nursing home in a tranquil village location close to the stunning Jurassic coast. The successful candidate will continue to lead & develop a strong, passionate team to maintain the "Good" rating this home enjoys with an ambition to achieve outstanding!


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily runnings of the home.
  • Lead, motivate and inspire your team to create a caring, family environment delivering the highest standards of person-centred care to residents. 
  • Ensure the home continues to retain their well-deserved "Good" rating and goes on to improve and exceed CQC requirements to achieve an "Outstanding" rating.
  • Budget & audit management - responsible for the financial running of the home.
  • Develop strong relationships with residents and their families, the local community and regulatory bodies.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience.
  • RGN/RMN active PIN is desirable.
  • Registered Managers Award - Level 4/equivalent or working towards.
  • Sound financial & business acumen.
  • Demonstrable people management skills, someone who can build, inspire and lead teams to consistently achieve excellence. 
  • A proven ability in ensuring compliance with company & CQC policies, practices & processes is both adhered to and consistently achieved.

  • £47,000 Basic salary
