We are working with a privately owned, regional care provider to source a Home Manager for a nursing care home located just North of Aberdeen.


A well-established care operator, my Client is renowned for the quality care they provide within their homes. They are dedicated to helping their teams achieve their career goals & provide ongoing training & support to develop a truly motivated & dedicated workforce. 


This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong & experienced Manager to manage a modern, mid-sized, residential home located on the outskirts Aberdeen. The ideal candidate will thrive on the challenge of coaching & inspiring an established team to maintain a "Very Good" Care Inspectorate report this home enjoys.

  • Manage the day to day running of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership to develop & inspire your team to continue to provide the highest standards of outstanding care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & Care Inspectorate requirements  
  • Maintain high standards within the home in order to continue achieving a 'Very Good' Care Inspectorate report.
  • Develop strong & compassionate relationships with residents and their families, the local community and regulatory bodies. 
  • Effective financial management to run a profitable & well-marketed home within the local area.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2 + years management experience, preferably within Nursing homes. 
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN
  • Registered Managers Award - Level 4/equivalent or working towards.
  • Proven experience managing "Good" rated homes.
  • An in-depth knowledge of current Care inspectorate regulations.
  • Sound financial & business acumen.
  • A talented communicator, someone who can provide effective leadership to inspire & motivate their team to consistently achieve excellence.
