We are assisting a well respected, privately owned care provider to source a Home Manager for a purpose-built residential care home located in Worcester.


A multiple award-winning care provider, my Client is passionate & true to their core values to provide excellent care through a person-centric approach whilst respecting each residents well-being, privacy & happiness.


This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Manager to manage a modern, mid-sized, residential home located in the historical city of Worcester. The successful candidate will lead & develop this lovely home & team with infectious ambition to achieve a "Outstanding" upon their next inspection.

  • Manage the daily operations of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership - develop & inspire your team to provide the highest quality of person-centred care.
  • Create individual care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with company policies & CQC requirements is consistently adhered to. 
  • Budget management - responsible for the financial running of the home.
  • Develop strong & compassionate relationships with residents and their families, the local community and regulatory bodies. 
  • Effective marketing of the home within the local community to increase awareness & in turn occupancy.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2 + years management experience 
  • Registered Managers Award - Level 5 or equivalent 
  • Proven experience managing "Good" rated homes or turning around failing homes.
  • In-depth knowledge of current & local CQC requirements.
  • Strong financial & business acumen - the ability to run a profitable home.
  • Demonstrable people management skills, someone who can lead, inspire and motivate teams to consistently achieve excellence. 

  • £45,000 Basic salary
