We are working with one of 2018's fastest growing care providers to source a Home Manager for a lovely, small residential home just south of Liversedge.

Role:

An opportunity has arisen to manage this lovely, modern residential home in the historic Yorkshire town of Liversedge. The successful candidate will be a strong & experienced Manager who will provide great leadership to develop their team & achieve a "Good" rating upon the next inspection.


Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the daily runnings of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership - mentor & motivate your team to provide the highest standards of unique, person-centred care.
  • Manage & develop strong relationships with regulatory & governing bodies. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & CQC requirements in order to progress the home to achieve "Good" upon their next inspection.
  • Effective marketing & financial management to run a profitable home - including cost & audit management.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years home management experience.
  • RMA Level 4 or above / equivalent management qualification in care.
  • A proven track record managing "Good" rated homes, and/or turning around failing homes. 
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Sound commercial acumen.
  • A talented people manager, someone who knows how to lead from the front to develop and inspire others to consistently achieve excellence. 

Package:
  • £36,000 Basic salary
