Harben Green are working alongside a respected, award-winning care provider to source an exceptional Home Manager for their purpose-built nursing care home on the outskirts of Cheshire.


Client:

A well-established, national care operator, my Client enjoys the reputation of being one of the UK's Top 20 Care Home providers. With excellent facilities & welcoming environments, their dedicated teams are passionate to deliver the most person-centred approach within their homes.


Role:

A great opportunity for a strong & accomplished Manager who will thrive managing an attractive, large nursing home located in a pleasant area in Wirral. The ideal candidate will provide great leadership with an infectious ambition to build & develop their team to achieve a "Good" rating upon the next inspection.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall day to day runnings of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership, building & coaching a passionate team to provide the highest standards of person-centred nursing care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & CQC requirements in order to progress the home to achieve "Good" upon their next inspection.
  • Build strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Cost & budget control to manage a profitable home inline with company objectives. 
  • Effective marketing of the home to build the home's reputation & drive occupancy.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience, preferably with Nursing home.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience managing "Good" homes, and/or turning around homes.
  • Strong management experience, someone who can successfully lead, build & develop a team to consistently achieving excellence.
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Sound financial acumen - skilled in budget & cost management.

Package:
  • £58,000 Basic salary
