We are working alongside a family-owned, respected care provider to source an exceptional Home Manager for their purpose-built nursing & residential care home in Peterborough.

A fantastic opportunity for a strong & ambitious Manager who will thrive managing a modern, large nursing home located in March, just outside Peterborough. The successful candidate will provide great leadership encouraging their team to maintain the 'Good' CQC & strive for an ''Outstanding' rating upon the next inspection through continual progression.

  • Manage the overall day to day runnings of the home.
  • Provide strong leadership, building & developing a passionate team to provide the highest standards of outstanding nursing care.
  • Create individual care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with company policies & CQC requirements is achieved
  • Forge strong relationships with residents & their families, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Cost & budget control to manage a profitable home. 
  • Effective marketing of the home to build the home's reputation & drive occupancy.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience, preferably with Nursing home.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • RMA Level 4 or above / equivalent management qualification in care.
  • Proven experience managing "Good" larger homes.
  • Strong management experience, someone who can successfully lead & develop a team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements in order to deliver process & compliance.
  • Sound commercial skillset in order to both run & market a profitable, well-known home.
