We are working on behalf of a well-established, award-winning care operator to source a Home Manager for an attractive, large nursing & residential home just north of Norwich.

Role:

The chance to manage an attractive, large nursing care home located in the lovely market town of Aylsham in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be an accomplished Home Manager who will lead their team to continue to deliver & maintain the highest standards of care.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day to day running of the home.
  • Exceed current CQC requirements & achieve an "Outstanding" rating overall upon the next inspection.
  • Lead, coach & inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of unique, person-centred care.
  • Develop strong & compassionate relationships with residents, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Create individual care plans for residents, ensuring compliance with company policies & CQC requirements is achieved.
  • Effective marketing of the home to increase occupancy & awareness.
  • Budget management - responsible for running a profitable home.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Management experience, preferably within a Nursing home.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • RMA Level 4 and above.
  • A proven track record managing large homes with a "Good" CQC rating.
  • Strong management skills, someone who can provide effective leadership & inspire their team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements, skilled in delivering process & compliance.
  • Strong financial & business management.
  • Good marketing experience to build the home's reputation & drive occupancy.
