We are working with a respected, regional care provider to source a Home Manager for their home in Stockton on Tees.


Recognised as an established & progressive care operator, my Client is committed to providing first class, person-centred care to their residents and are passionate to achieve this through the highest standard of training & development initiatives for their teams.


The opportunity to manage this beautiful modern, mid-sized nursing home surrounded by beautiful gardens near to Stockton-on-Tees. The successful candidate will be an ambitious & accomplished manager who can continue the excellent standard of care in this home & progress to achieve an 'Outstanding' CQC report. 

  • Responsible for the everyday running of the home.
  • Develop a strong and passionate team, motivated to provide exceptional levels of individual care.
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with local communities & regulatory governing bodies. 
  • Maintain & exceed the "Good" rating, ensuring consistent compliance with company policies & CQC requirements.
  • Cost & budget control to manage a profitable home. 

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years home management experience, preferably in a nursing home.
  • RGN/RMN with an active PIN.
  • A proven track record managing "Good" rated homes.  
  • An in-depth knowledge & understanding of current CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Great communication skills, someone who knows how to lead from the front to develop and inspire others to consistently achieve excellence. 
  • Sound commercial acumen, skilled in both financial management & marketing of the home.
