Harben Green are working with a well-respected & established care provider to source a Home Manager for a purpose-built, modern residential home in Fleetwood.


An award-winning care provider, my Client enjoys a strong reputation for quality of life care. They are dedicated & passionate to ensure their employees provide the highest standards of care to their residents, in the warmest & welcoming environments.


The opportunity has arisen to manage this modern, mid-sized residential home located just a short walk from Fleetwood seafront. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Manager with the ability to build a strong team to deliver exceptional care within the home, whilst maintaining & exceeding the 'Good' rating.

  • Responsible for the daily runnings of the home.
  • The ability to build & coach your team to deliver the highest levels of outstanding care.
  • Forge relationships with residents, local communities & regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies & CQC requirements to maintain the "Good" CQC & strive for 'Outstanding' upon their next inspection.
  • Cost control & budget management.
  • Effective marketing of the home within the local community to increase occupancy & raise awareness of the home. 

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years home management experience
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent management qualification in care.
  • A proven ability managing "Good" rated homes.
  • In-depth knowledge of current CQC regulations & requirements, skilled in delivering process & compliance.
  • Commercial awareness - knowledge in financial management.
  • Sound marketing experience in order to increase occupancy & recruitment initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, someone who can lead from the front to develop & mentor others to consistently achieve excellence.
