We are working with a respected, privately owned care provider to recruit a Home Manager for an award-winning, residential home in Bognor Regis.


Client:

A boutique care provider, my Client, is renowned for the high quality of care they provide within a supportive & friendly environment. They are dedicated to encouraging their residents to thrive as individuals & their employees as caring professionals.  


Role:

The opportunity to manage a small, residential care home on the south coast of Bognor Regis with a focus on the private pay market. The successful candidate will be passionate & enthusiastic to continue the success of this home, encouraging the team to thrive within their roles providing outstanding support to all residents.


Responsibilities:
  • Build a strong rapport with residents, their families, local communities & regulatory bodies.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the home.
  • Develop, mentor & motivate your team through strong leadership to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Maintain the homes 'Good' CQC, with the aim of exceeding the homes excellent reputation upon the next inspection.
  • Budget & cost control in line with company policies & objectives.
  • Effectively market the home to ensure occupancy levels are maintained.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • A successful Home Manager with a proven track record managing "Good" mid-sized homes.
  • Registered Home Manager with QCF/NVQ Level 4 or 5.
  • Audit & assess individual needs ensuring consistent compliance.  
  • Sound marketing experience; ability to promote the home within the local community & maintain occupancy. 
  • A strong understanding of CQC compliance, experienced in meeting regulatory requirements. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills & dynamic approach; someone who can develop & motivate their team to deliver outstanding care.
