We are assisting a respected, regional care providers to source a Home Manager for a stunning, modern, residential home located in Gateshead.

This is the chance for a passionate Manager to operate an attractive, mid-size residential home set in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of Gateshead. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious leader, who will lead their dedicated team to achieve an 'Outstanding' CQC upon their next inspection.

  • Build, coach and inspire your team to create the most welcoming environment, delivering the highest standards of outstanding care. 
  • Manage the daily operations of the home.
  • Ensure consistent compliance with company regulations & CQC requirements.
  • Manage the home's budget and resources in accordance with the companies procedures.
  • Develop a strong rapport with residents and their families, the local community and regulatory bodies.
  • Further establish the home's reputation within the local community.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years Home Manager experience within the care sector.
  • Skilled in leading & motivating a team, communicating effectively to achieve continual success.
  • Past experience in managing "Good" rated homes.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • A strategic thinker with sound financial & business acumen.
  • Proven ability in ensuring compliance with company & CQC policies, practices & processes is both adhered to and consistently achieved.
