We are working with a well-established, respected care provider to recruit a National Peripatetic Manager to oversee a portfolio of nursing & residential homes across England.

A unique opportunity to oversee an excellent portfolio of homes in England across the North West, Midlands & London. The successful candidate will be an experienced Home or Regional Manager who will lead from the front, supporting & mentoring the teams across the homes, striving to drive & exceed current CQC ratings. 

  • Oversee the homes across the country, working in one of the homes when the Registered Manager is absent.
  • Forge strong relationships with the residents, their families, the local community & regulatory bodies. 
  • Strive to exceed the current CQC ratings through continual success & progression.
  • Budget & cost control; effectively running an array of financially stable homes.
  • Coach & support your teams, reflecting company core values by delivering exceptional levels of outstanding care.
  • Marketing of the homes to promote them across the region; driving occupancy levels

Key skills & knowledge:
  • 2+ years experience within the care sector & nursing homes.
  • Previous experience in operating "Good" multi-site homes & turning around homes.  
  • RMA Level 4 or above/equivalent qualification.
  • RGN/RMN active PIN is desirable.
  • Ability to carry out budgeting responsibilities for the home.
  • Sound knowledge of current and evolving CQC regulations & requirements.
  • Commercial awareness - understanding of organisations business & marketing drivers.
  • Strong communication skills & ability to take initiative in order to lead & mentor multiple teams.
