Harben Green are recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for a beautiful nursing & residential home located nr Warminster.


A small, family-run care group with a long-established history within the older people care sector, my Client is renowned for high-quality resident care throughout their homes. They source passionate care teams through careful selection process investing in their professional, long-term career development.


The opportunity to manage a stunning, 80+ bedded luxury nursing & residential home set across 2 sites in beautiful Wiltshire. With proven success in managing "Good" rated nursing homes, the ideal candidate will be a natural leader who will guide a loyal team to progress to "Outstanding".

  • Management of the home to ensure a well-led service is delivered.
  • Ensure the "Good" CQC rating is maintained through consistent compliance, striving for progression to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Guide & support a passionate & loyal team, enabling them to deliver outstanding levels of personalised care.
  • Establish a strong local network through effective marketing & promotion. 
  • Develop the home's reputation to maximise occupancy & attract talented care professionals.
  • Oversee financial performance - effective budgeting & cost control.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • Proven experience managing nursing & residential care homes.
  • RMA Level 4 or equivalent/working towards. 
  • A talented people manager, with a natural ability to motivate & mentor a team to collaboratively achieve excellence.
  • In-depth CQC knowledge & experience in delivering constant regulation compliance.
  • An established track record maintaining "Good" CQC homes with the skill set to achieve "Outstanding".
  • Strong commercial skill set to drive occupancy, increase profitability & reduce agency spend.
  • An NMC active PIN 

  • £65,000 basic salary
