We are recruiting a Peripatetic Manager to join a leading care provider & oversee a cluster of large nursing & residential homes located across Bristol.


A well-respected charity care operator, my Client's exceptional team members provide residents with first-class levels of care. This company promotes a positive & inclusive working environment & are dedicated to supporting the professional development of their employees. 


The chance for an experienced Manager to progress their career and oversee a regional portfolio of mid-large sized modern nursing & residential care homes. The ideal candidate will lead their diverse teams to progress standards, ensuring that all homes maintain/progress to a “Good” CQC rating.

  • Support the Registered Managers in the operational running of the homes.
  • Assist in building & develop outstanding teams committed to providing the highest standards of person-centred care.
  • Manage commercial performance through strategic budget & cost management.
  • Lead your Managers to deliver consistent compliance with company policies & CQC requirements.
  • Oversee the financial management of the homes to achieve company objectives.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 4 or equivalent (or working towards).
  • Significant management experience, preferably within large nursing homes.
  • Proven track record managing "Good" rated home & turning around failing homes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current & evolving CQC requirements, skilled in process & compliance.
  • An engaging & strong leader who will inspire diverse, multi-disciplined teams to achieve excellence. 
  • Sound commercial skillset, adept in marketing & managing profitable homes.

  • Up to £55,000 basic salary
