Working on behalf of a well-established specialist adult care provider, Harben Green are sourcing a Home Manager for a residential home in Wrexham, Wales.

Role:

The chance for an experienced & energetic manager to run a 20+ bed residential home that supports adults suffering from mental health problems. The successful candidate will have a positive can-do attitude to lead & inspire the delivery of high-quality support & care.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational running of the home.
  • Guide a loyal team to provide consistent high-quality, personalised support & care.
  • Manage process & compliance with company policies & CQC requirements maintaining & progressing the home's rating.
  • Provide a well-led service through the delivery of best practice within the sector.
  • Encourage your team to develop creative opportunities for residents to achieve individual goals & independence

Key skills & knowledge:
  • RMA Level 5 or equivalent. 
  • Proven management experience working with adults with behaviour support needs.
  • Highly organised, skilled in workload management & delegation with a "can do" positive attitude.
  • Strong working knowledge of positive behaviour support, autism and Care Inspectorate requirements.
  • Experienced in delivering innovative, individual care plans. 
  • Strong, motivational leadership to support your team to provide the highest quality, compassionate care.
