We are working with one of the UK's leading providers of specialist adult care to source a Services Manager for a 10-bed residential home near Teignmouth.

A great opportunity for an experienced & dynamic Service Manager to manage a small residential home in Devon which supports people with learning disabilities & autism. The successful candidate will be an effective Manager who will develop the service to ensure consistent best practice & standards are delivered.

  • Manage the operational running of the home.
  • Lead & inspire your team to provide consistent high-quality, personalised support & care.
  • Encourage your team to develop innovative opportunities for residents to achieve individual goals & independence. 
  • Manage process & compliance with company policies & CQC requirements swiftly progressing the homes current CQC rating.
  • Drive service performance through the delivery of best practice within the sector.

Key skills & knowledge:
  • Demonstrable management experience working with adults with behaviour support needs.
  • Strong working knowledge of positive behaviour support, autism and CQC requirements.
  • Proven track record leading "Good" rated homes & delivering innovative, individual care plans. 
  • Strong, motivational leadership to support your team in the provision of the highest quality, compassionate care.
  • Highly organised, skilled in workload management & delegation with a "can do" positive attitude.
  • RMA Level 5 or above/ and or equivalent.
