2014
AppointX is founded by Howard Green, our CEO.
We specialise in senior appointments across the Health & Social Care sector.
We move into our Nottingham office, 15 Wheelergate.
2015
Well-established within the UK Health & Social Care sector, we develop our international footprint & global partnerships.
Through retained search, we successfully place Directors within Europe & Asia.
2016
Trusted specialists, we are fast developing our key accounts with the UK's leading care providers.
We outgrow our office and we move to our new Nottingham HQ, 20 Wollaton Street.
2017
Our consultant team grows, notable appointments: Aaron & Tom join us.
We forge close links with Nottingham Trent & Nottingham University.
We believe in retaining graduate talent within our city.
We are market leading and we are expanding...fast.
2018
Our organic growth through client demand is phenomenal.
We establish our Marketing team, deliver our GDPR promise & invest in our talent & our culture.
We double our consultant team with graduates Ellis & Harry.
August 2018. We launch Harben Green and we open our Mayfair office.
We officially launch our finance & human resources divisions.
We are proud to become members of the Care Workers Charity supporters club.
2019
The year so far... Beth joins the team to manage our internal recruitment & talent acquisition.
March 2019. We officially launch our Learning Disabilities sector with Chris & Joe joining the team.
We are thrilled to be nominated as finalists for the HealthInvestor - Recruiter of the year.
Howard & Saskia successfully climb Snowdon overnight, raising £700 in support of CWC.
